Cash on delivery policy at Baby Wear store

• Available payment options:
• Cash on delivery: Currently available only within Riyadh city .
• The rest of the cities and regions of the Kingdom: Secure electronic payment options are available (Apple Pay - Mada - Visa - Bank Transfer - Tamara).

Important terms and conditions for the "cash on delivery" service:

• Mandatory confirmation requirement (very important): When you choose cash on delivery, you will receive an automatic WhatsApp message to confirm your order. You must reply with the word "confirm" within a short time. If you do not reply, the order will be automatically canceled by the system due to lack of seriousness and to make the items available to other customers.
• Previous orders: If the customer has a previous order that was cancelled after choosing cash on delivery, the service will not be available to him again, and he must complete future orders through other payment methods available in the store.
• Non-receipt: If an agreement has been made with the delivery representative and the order is not received by the customer until after several attempts, we apologize for not being able to offer the cash on delivery service to you in the future.
• Order cancellation by management: Babywear employees have the right to cancel the order or the cash-on-delivery option in the following cases:
• The customer does not have an active WhatsApp account to confirm the order.
• The customer's desire to order as quickly as possible (then he can reorder using other payment methods).
• For any other reasons deemed appropriate by management; such as the customer's lack of seriousness in receiving the order, or clear procrastination in responding
